Our offerings include interior design consultation, space planning, and comprehensive project management.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to provide accurate and complete project-related information, including requirements and preferences.

Design Concepts & Revisions

An initial design concept will be presented. Clients may request revisions, though additional changes beyond the agreed scope may attract extra charges.

Payment Terms

• Advance: 50% upon project initiation
• Installation Phase: 25%
• Final Stage: 15%
• Handover: 10%

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any stage; however, fees for work completed or expenses incurred up to cancellation will remain payable.

Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and materials created by Samsiddhi Designs are and remain our intellectual property.

Confidentiality

We ensure complete confidentiality of client information, project details, and related communications.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damages, delays, or losses caused by unforeseen events, third-party vendors, or client decisions outside our control.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation or mediation before pursuing other remedies.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the respective state in India.

Additional Clauses

• Changes to Terms: Samsiddhi Designs reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions when necessary.
• Acceptance: By engaging our services, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
