Clients may cancel services at any stage; however, fees for work completed or expenses incurred up to cancellation will remain payable.
All designs, concepts, and materials created by Samsiddhi Designs are and remain our intellectual property.

We are not responsible for damages, delays, or losses caused by unforeseen events, third-party vendors, or client decisions outside our control.
Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation or mediation before pursuing other remedies.
